Budget accommodation with good service. Rooms are comfortable sufficient for me as a solo traveller and felt will be small for couples. Rooms with AC and spacious washrooms were heaven for hot climate in Pune. Never miss their complimentary breakfast. Service was good . You can avail food either from room service or plenty of restaurants in JM Road .
The staff at the reception were very friendly. especially the house keeping manager . they do allow outside food. and the rooms were extremely good. bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. the service they provide is extremely good. I really loved my stay. thank you swann inn for giving me a memorable experience in pune. would absolutely recommend. don't even think twice.
Loved the services of the hotel staff and their polite behaviour. Breakfast served has been delicious. Location of the hotel is amazing in the heart of Shivaji Nagar, Pune.

1) Room is neat and clean
2) Bathroom- toilet is compact but well designed
3) Good service and co-operative staff
One suggestion: The fan speed is high even at Knob position- 1, consider upgrading the regulator to make it low speed

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.03. I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
Swan Inn is a good budget hotel in the heart of Pune city with good food. Cannot ask for such a budget hotel in Central Pune.
All the staff is good. One thing which I found that can be improved is room cleanliness.
