OYO Hotel Surya Garden Retreat - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

Never ever visit this hotel they have such a bad rooms and services staff don't even listen and manager is the worst, he is a fraud.. (they were charging me more money than it was decided for the rooms and at last they were saying that they never said to charge the amount which was decided) never ever visit this hotel

So let me elaborate on what I have experienced in my 2 days of stay in this hotel . 1. The fare you see online and the fare offline is a lot different depending from person to person you know like if ur R.... Then different and if you look p... Then different. 2. Don't get fooled by the photo uploaded on OYO app or in Google's Map Review those look nice but no , just don't u can visit there and see for yourself if you are lucky enough then u might get 1 out of some rooms that are clean i mean somehow clean. 3. So they don't have any bills that mean they can charge how much they want person to person like I mentioned above . Even no check-out bills. Rest is up to you hope you find a better place to stay..

Over all good , if we calculate the cost of the room , it's not worth it. the bathroom and interior are up to the levels. BUT We managed

800m away from temple but very near to sea beach, so location is good. But this hotel having 2 types of booking. If you book by OYO app, you can get average size rooms, quite old, zero service, but price will be cheap. But this hotel has premium rooms only available for offline booking. That building is modern, well served & comfortable. But it will cost 2000 for 2-3 person in off season.

Having a great experience in hotel near beach.good location, polite behaviour of staff. Neat and clean rooms.

Not deserve one star also,they are totally fraud, They theft my mobile from my room when I asking for CCTV footage they says it's on servicing so footage will not recorded best thing is they don't have a mouse for their computer nd they don't know their own cctv password. I never expect such a fraud hotel in Puri. Don't go anyone this hotel bcoz of zero safety of ur laugage,wrost service ever,wrost management system,nd very bad behaviour of the receptionist. So many theft cases in their hotel so don't take risk anyone.dont go there.

Fraud company. Show best room on booking time but provide stupid service in the hotel. I need refund as soon as possible.

The rooms were OK. But not at par with OYOs other rooms. The fan in 2nd room was not in running condition. I complaint but no result. There was no entertainment of changing of room. Hotel cook was no leave so problem of fooding was there as we had to arrange from outside. However location of hotel is very apt. No much distance from sea or jagannath mandir. Bot r at walking distance. The behaviour of the staff was good. The basic problem was just fan and absence of cook. Rest all things they tried to cope up with their sincerity. For family it's a nice place and economical not at all luxurious.
