13-11-23 -> Worst hotel in all aspects. Bad management, service, location, workers and have no facilities in this tariff range. On the top, workers and management forced us to give Diwali tip. WE TOLD THEM THAT WE WILL GIVE DIWALI TIP AFTER DIWALI PUJA SO THEY DID NOT GAVE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE FROM 11-11-23 TILL 13-11-23 AND ONLY CAME FOR CLEANING WHEN WE GAVE THEM TIP OF Rs100 TO CLEANING GUY. TOTALLY PATHETIC MANAGEMENT OF HOTEL SUNSHINE INN KAUSHAMBI. THEY HARASSED US TO GIVE TIP ALTHOUGH CLEANING SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN TARIFF. HOUSE KEEPING SUPERVISIOR MS DISHA ON 11-11-23 AND 12-11-23 FLATLY REFUSED CLEANING SERVICE BUT BROUGHT CLEANING SERVICE GUY AS SOON AS WE GAVE THE TIP. 4/6/23 -> I am disappointed to write this but the service in this hotel has dropped. Like every other hotel now in this hotel as well room service handle plates & dishes. Disgusted to inform that they keep plates, bowls & other eatwares with toilet cleaning brushes, harpic, & garbage. Since I saw that, I felt vomiting seeing those plates, glasses, bowls etc. This experience made me swear to not eat outside in hotels or marriage parties or any occasions where caterer's utensils/Eatwares/plate-glasses etc used Obviously, you can not handle big occasions at home or on your own but yes, in my parties I will not use plates/dishes/eatware/cookware from these caterers/hotels/restaurants instead I will use disposable plates/dishes/eat wares. This is so disgusting. I don't understand does people in hospitality business do not have their own conscience. How can you put plates in which people eat along with the brushes with which you have cleaned toilet seat. Disgusting! Maybe the workers are not aware about cleanliness but its hotel management's duty to teach them I am shocked & doubt if these workers really don't know cleanliness. These workers are not beggars who are helpless and have to eat food from garbage. These workers are mostly from villages. Is these villagers that uncivilized or they just do such bad things to harass customers. But why ? Customers are paying them whatever tariff they ask along with service charges. Then why are they doing so ?

Had a stay of three days there! They have maintained cleanliness only in the main entrance area. Rooms are not cleaned. i could see tens of cockroaches in my room. Unfortunately, in those three days, they didn't send even a single person to clean the room and toilet! Bedsheet spread already had four to five big holes and plenty of stains, and they did not care to change it before room allocation! However, yes, staff is friendly. Rooms have sufficient furniture and space. Although, in every room, 'no outside food is allowed' is written, but you can have anything from outside for meal. They helped me with lukewarm water everytime I required! Parking space is not much but sufficient four three to four car parking, that too is open parking with no barrier!

Value for money. Front desk nd Room Service Staff was polite nd humble good location but outside view is not good. Very busy area bcoz of Bank just oposite Short and Good stay. No Hassel apart from Parking nd initial room was alloted but front desk immediately changed the room. AC was tripped multiple of tym nd u need to start food was nt tested due to Corona. Good location easy to reach multiple of fooding option r available

I am sending the pictures of the, does this toilet seem to belong to a Deluxe room that we booked. it would have been very difficult for me, if my wife accompanied me. she always fears hidden camera in hotel room and toilet.

The hotel staff was really unsupported and does lot of inappropriate things. We arranged a birthday party and paid all advance.They looted us by providing limited snacks . There were 5 snacks in the party with main course. They serve only chilli potatoes and serve very less like paneer and Manchurian. Swati is the manager who arrange everything but after taking payments she turned out with her words. After taking money they change all commitments. Even staff was eating food while party was going own. It seems fraud been done to us while serving food in very limited quantity.Also there are electric issues in parties.5 times the electrict went off and no backup for 5 min.Lifts were not working at all.

Aapke hotels mai na tho coplementry pani ki botel dethey hai.or na complementary tea or coffee ka saman dethey hai.kuch guide lien ke sath hi hotels booking kare .taki aadmi aap ke hotels booking se santust ho.mene is se pahle Jo hotel book Kiya tha na tho unhone cheq in diya tha na hi meri payment wapas aayi.or hotel walo ne aap ke staff se baat tak bhi nahi ki.
