Fraudster hotel and Worst service I have ever got. The receptionist(girl) had fooled us .. we had booked the hotel by OYO for 2 persons . The girl said you have booked for only one person. I thought it was my mistake. After at the reception booking at hotel 2 person she told that you have to pay extra for 2nd person so we booked. After 1 hours i got the msg from oyo your booking has been modified bye the hotel from 2 to 1 person. We was in shock. She played with us . Everyone who is coming to this place by any reason don't book this fraud hotel there is good hotel nearby.

My recent booking at Red Palace turned out to be an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, I had to face a series of problems, and to my dismay, the hotel staff attempted to scam me. It is incredibly disheartening to have such an unpleasant experience, especially when I booked through a reputable app (Agoda) and thought I had secured a reasonable price. Upon reaching the hotel, I was greeted by a receptionist who wasted no time in informing me about supposed "technical glitches" with my reservation. According to their explanation, the app had made an error, and I was now required to pay an additional fee to secure my room. The entire situation seemed fishy, as it appeared they were conveniently using a technical glitch as an excuse to extort more money from me. What made it worse was that they tried to deceive me by showing a price for two nights, even though I had only booked the rooms for one night. Additionally, I had specifically booked triplet rooms, but they insisted that the room capacity was only for two people, forcing me to book an additional room. Despite my protests and attempts to reason with the receptionist, they obstinately stood their ground, refusing to address the issue unless I paid the extra amount. Being a loyal customer and having placed my trust in the app's booking system, it was beyond frustrating and disheartening to be treated in such an unprofessional and deceitful manner.

Useless hotel that I have ever seen. The receptionist of this hotel is very rude. Rooms are filled with gutka spits on the walls. Services are not provided as they mention at the beginning.

Worst rooms ever. Oyo please remove this hotel from your listings because the images shown in app are not at all close to the actual rooms they have.

They are doing fraud with customers. After booking from the Oyo app. They change the booking information. And charge the extra with customers. And their behaviour is very rude. And customer care was not given satisfactory support. Please do not book the room here.

If we have 0 option so i will give 0 for this hotel staff and receptionist,,,totally fraud management,, if you booked deluxe room from oyo and when you reached at hotel the hotel management give you classic room and demand more money for deluxe room they already modified your booking before you reached ag hotel,,pathetic experience in entire my life.

Everything was fine, the rooms were clean, but the service, that is, the staff was not good at all, except the manager

The person at reception charged us extra because as per him... OYO has shown us the low prices. They asked us to cancel our oyo booking and asked to pay additional 1200 per day for a room (which was listed at 550rs on Oyo) The room was so unhygienic. There was dust all over the place. The bedsheets had stains all over. The pillows were stinky. The door was not working properly. The AC was almost dead. The AC was making so much sound. There was not even a single thing good with this hotel. And for this we paid 1200... Which is low fare as per hotel staff. I'll never recommend this to anyone. Even it doesn't deserve 1 star.
