Rooms are untidy and unhygienic, i could spot a cockroach and mosquitoes. Service is not available readily, i had to press the bell several times for a service. They were not ready to provide complimentary breakfast, although it was a part of the package. When confronted, they arranged something from road side stall which was quite tastelesss and unhygienic .And they charged extra for tea. The behavior of staff and manager is quite unprofessional. Overall, not recommended for stay .
You get what you pay for. It's not our home so don't expect it to be like home. AC is of just 1 ton so it takes ages to cool the room. Complementary breakfast consists of just bread toasts and tea and it's not enough. Though we didn't use the geyser, but it looks too small, just 2L capacity. No water drinking glasses were provided. The condition of elevator is pathetic. But there are good points too.... It simply served our purpose of visit.
Staff doesn't like guests to come and stay here.All they care is to go after there worktime. Receptionist doesn't have a clue about his job and how to accommodate guests. Worst service. Bathroom has no cleanliness.
Place is clean and food is good. Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Plus they provide balcony for each to get a good view and also to enjoy the cool breeze at night.
