OYO Hotel Stay Home Near Shilparamam - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Except for the location, there isn't anything good about this hotel. Firstly, the rooms are small. Secondly, the rooms are not clean. It seems like an old hotel, with all the interiors looking very old and untidy. Bedsheets are not clean and they also refuse to change them for you if you ask. They provide you with the towel only after you've asked for it. Third, the bathroom tiles are cracked, there is no hot water, the faucets are broken, and no amenities are provided. Fourthly, the TV doesn't work and they refuse to do anything to make it work. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It's a prime area, and you have lots of places to eat with a lot of variety.

Rooms are not bad. But not up-to the marks. Bed spreads could have been better. Toiletries could have been better. But I hear what management thinks. For this oyo price, providing this can be challenging. But, I think, it's possible, when near by hotels are doing.

6 May 2022. Spend 3 night in this hotel. Clean rooms, good air conditioning, attitude of staffs are also decent. Very close to the main highway and easy accessibility to top restaurants and hospitals nearby. There was a small issue of water clogging in one of the rooms. Apart from that everything went smooth and well

1 star only for staff. Ajay, Saumya and Ram. No cleanliness. Dirty bedsheets. No electric kettle. Machine coffee. Very small rooms. No recharge on TV after multiple reminders. Latch on door not working. Just saved by God in our case. Decide for yourself. Thanks.

Service is good enough, Location is stunningly beautiful. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen though, however it's near by the cozy eatery lane and pizzas and Briyanis nearby. Evening is stunningly beautiful with cool breeze, youngster and techies living and roaming around the area. In a 500m distance you get the Gachibowli PS.

Rooms are ok, but facilities are nil, No wifi, TV not recharged, Called reception many times, they are ignoring and saying will recharge soon after that no response, No food available, Complementary Breakfast is not available but mentioned in app while booking, This is app fault. I can give 5 star for room service guy, he is very helpful in nature in carrying the luggage, delivering the things when we order from outside.

No breakfast is provided even though the listing shows with breakfast. The bedsheets were dirty and when we asked to change them the reply was that new sheets are yet to come from laundry and were never changed during the two days no drinking water was provided in the rooms.

No proper blanket as it is winter. Tv was not working. At the initial stage but after reminding them 2 times they repaired it. Also no towels provided everytime I visit this place, I have to ask them.
