Booked the room through oyo. Room is exactly opposite of what is shows in picture. Room is unhygienic and dirty. Receptionist is very rude. Would not suggest anyone to book this hotel. 1- Room is so dirty ,I never seen like that. 2- TV is not working ,fan was very poor condition.Washroom is very dirty all things broken and very Dirty.. 3-room me na to toiletries thi na towels the na quilt tha All things very poor condition ,if you are looking hotel in noida please don't book this hotel.
Good place to stay for family and couples. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Outside the hotel, on the same lane you will get plenty of dhabas, so no worries for food. Rooms are clean and hygenic. Nearby metro is sector 15 which is at walkable distance.
Very Poor Experience, not recommended for family. The staff will hardly pay any attention to the needs of the guests. Rooms were very dirty, bathroom was also very untidy. Moreover, there were rats and mosquitoes all over in the room.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER EVER VISITING AGAIN. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. (Booking proof attached as image) Rudest person on the reception. No respect at all. AC stabilizer blasted in the middle of the night. No alternate arrangements. The next morning receptionist says "It could happen anywhere. It's a technical thing. What should I do about it ? " I was shocked. I asked for the Oyo Captain's number. He didn't provide, said I can't do anything about it. You talk to Oyo about it. I had appointments the next day and hence couldn't deal with him then. Never ever visiting again. Never recommending anyone. If anyone from Oyo is reading this, I suggest you reconsider your decision of this place as an Oyo place. I was extremely fond of the Oyo brand until this incident.
Decent place to stay in Noida! Near to Noida Sector 15 metro station which is a plus point. The service was good. The room and bed could have been cleaner. Another let down was the television not working properly.
Reception Person was Not Polite. I visited there, with Id's , but even he was asking again & again names, You can't go outside after checked in, in Night if required. Two guys was there 23, 26 yrs approx age, But There Behavior was very Ridiculous. You can check other Hotels Nearby, But, Not Recommending OYO 10666 HOTEL STAR to anyone.
Best place to celebrate your birthday and book for executive class guest. Neat and clean rooms. Cooperative staff . Well connected to metro sec 15 noida
Beddings were soggy, taps were dirty I can give excuse for taps because noida is hard water region... No window for fresh air. The location of hotel is good.
