OYO Hotel Star Inn Near Pune Airport - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Total FRAUD!!! I booked this hotel from Oyo. I reached hotel at night 11:45 PM and was having flight at 2 AM. I was having booking messages but hotel owner asked me to cancel booking which was about 600 rupees and he asked 3200 rupees for same booking. He told there is problem on oyo website. I was not having option so I paid 3200 to him and booked the room. Rooms are not clean, smelling badly. Also staff was drunk. Worst experience ever.

The hotel never gave the room as they said that they dont take the bookings from OYO though I had the booking details, the payment I made to OYO etc. When I called OYO they did not help me resolve the problem. So I lost my money to OYO and had to walk in the rain to another hotel nearby and book another room. OYO is taking booking of hotels that are not accepting the bookings. The rates that OYO shows on the site is not what the hotels charge. When you reach the hotel they either reject the booking or they demand more money.

It is a service apartment near phoenix mall Pune good for budget stay. Bathroom door locks were not working properly. But the receptionist was good provided us other room. Parking space is available.

Worst stay. Bathroom was leaking. Gallery door in a room was half broken from down. Not hygienic. Bedsheet had stains. when asked to change they said it's clean only dry clean. They added it's just that oil stain mark but bedsheet is clean. Worst hygene. Worst experience.

They don't have Tie-up with OYO making fools for money as minimum charges start 1500

Very poor atmosphere and the way they behave with the customer is really bad. Even if we book it online, they charge double the price telling different reasons. OYO IS A FRAUD, hotel star inn is Head of FRAUD. Leakage in toilet, smelling Room. Please don't book in this hotel, Don't book from OYO. I had very very Bad experience, which I don't want others to encounter the same situation. Thanks.

Booked a room in this hotel for a day @Rs.450 from agoda app. I reached to the location and asked for check-in then the property owner told me that they don't accept bookings from agoda app. And I want a room urgently, so the property owner took Rs.1300 of a day (3-4 hrs not even full day). Worst experience. Don't go at this hotel at any cost. Rooms are also not worth the money.

we found this hotel as an Oyo room on Google so we decided to go directly and get a room over there. Google search & other hotel rooms platforms showing the tariff as around Rs1000/- per night for 2 pax. But on reaching the hotel we got to know that the hotel is no longer associated with Oyo rooms. They asked for Rs1500/- per pax per night stay which was actually not worth it when we got the room. Added they charged Rs500/- just for an extra mattress (& not actually a bed as what they say). As we were in dire need of a room after traveling more than 11 hrs for a night stay as we had to catch our flight from pune airport next morning so no option left but we took the room. Rooms are full of damp with the plasters leaving the walls. Also the room had only 1 tubelight & not even any night lamp. Bed, pillows were up to the mark to be honest. The bathroom was very small & didn't even have a basic thing like a towel holder forget bout the soap stand & anything else. They gave us a menu to order food but didn't have the most basic thing guests usually order at any hotel i.e. Tea. Prices in the menu are so high that not even a star restaurant will charge. overall the worst experience.
