The hotel is totally irresponsible. We booked a room for 27th to 28th june and informed them that we ll be checking in at around 6 am of 27th june. When we reached the hotel at 6 am, the hotel management denied us to check in. He gave away all the rooms, so no room was vacant. This was totally an unprofessional behaviour. So, we had to look for another hotel so early in the morning.
This is like a Click Bait !.....It does not exist as shown on Google Maps ......Its real location is almost 9 km away ....Had a very bad experience ......The reception guy on my entry asked for a THUMB Impression ,,,which of course i refused to give...as this is not a norm anywhere ....This reception guy however was adamant and said wont't allow me unless i agreed to give Thumb Impression on his register .. I refused .....so he said ...you may check some place else .....This was 11.30 pm almost midnight .....Fortunately for me ..there was a another property nearby Hotel Unity ...which is a decent stay and pricing ...........Hotel SG is also badly maintained ...0 stars from my end .
