Wishing to give 0 star. Just the location is decent. We buked this room from OYO classic. The AC is not working, the staff is not agreeing to change our room. It's Red colour decor of pan spitted everywhere. Bathroom not cleaned. Room has no ventilation. The blanket was not clean it was stinking. The mattress was very hard. This is service you'll provide to your customer. Absolutely pathetic, not so safe stay. Highly not recommended.
The location of the hotel is nice, but it fails in terms of cleanliness. Rooms are at a reasonable rate but this doesn't mean compromised service. My suggestion would be please focus more on cleanliness. It is not what others deserve it is what you deliver.

Very bad experience, room was very dirty, reception lady was very rough behavior, during check -in they are asking for extra money with out extra money they were not allowing.. Don't stay on this hotel next time

The Hotel didn't allow check in overall very very bad experience I reached at Night they told the room will need extra charge I told receptionist that Room is booked but they told they don't book but as booked and said I will have to pay 1000 extra as they cannot give the room moreover it was approx 9:50 Pm night. no excuse. I shall request all the passenger never dare to book this hotel you will be i trouble I am sure. bad experience the hotel denied checkin they told they don't have tie up if I want to stay I will have to pay extra.
The bedsheet was dirty and torn. Mineral water was not available. The staff is not trained to use professional language
I liked the place. Staff is very polite, the bathroom was very clean. Rooms were clean, still needs a bit polishing in certain rooms. There are good restaurants at the side of the hotel. Nice location if you're going to roam alone.
