Wanted a place to crash before I catch next flight. Rooms for managable but the bathrooms are not very clean. I had an online reservation with discount, but the guy at the reception wanted me to pay at the counter.
The service was terrrible and would not recommened staying here.
Hotel caused bit of problem during my checkin saying they don't accept online pre payment and told me to cancel the booking. And charged me 400 INR extra for arrival booking. They should update such information over the booking app.

I booked through Oyo app. But they denied my booking it because from Oyo it showing very cheap price, I booked through Oyo, so I have to pay extra charges. Oyo customer service is very worst. Not good feeling once I was there due to this. Hotel was below average, very low cleanliness, bathroom also not clean, towel worst, TV not working, below average hotel.

A good hotel in Mahipalpur extension area..though inside a Galli, it is just 5 mins walking distance from Delhi Gurgaon Highway. Lot of food options available near the Highway. A decent stay at a decent price. Good staff and very well behaved.
I was cheated by the OYO booking site. They confirmed my booking but as per the Hotel Reception, thy don't have any contract with OYO. So they didn' allow me to check in with that paid booking. Calling OYO from the hotel was not successful as tel. No. which they have on web page gives a short message and disconnects. I booked a room in the hotel after paying again and almost double than what i was offerred by OYO. No response by OYO to my refund request through 24/7 chat service.
terrible hotel with bunch of creeps. firstly| the location is pathetic then they asked me to go down to reception to collect the toiletries that had to be in the room in the first place. they were rude| not at all timely| gave weird creepy looks. i checked in and left the hotel in half an hour. it's that bad.
