Best hotel I've ever been to. All the rooms look exactly like as shown in images The receptionist is very kind and humble and speaks very politely and respectfully, I really love his behaviour Overall best value for money place.
The rooms at Hotel Singh Palce were well-appointed and comfortable. They were spacious and offered a pleasant ambiance for relaxation after a long day of activities. The beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the amenities provided, such as a TV, air conditioning met all my needs during the stay....
Yeah nice hotel to stay one night. Everything is good specially food and all. Nice Staffs they were very gentle .
The hotel sucks for the price rate and the service is so great. They don't even turn on the geyser during cold and the rooms are terribly messed up. Don't go through any online platforms as they ask for more money. Like I booked it from Oyo and the price was 588 but in the hotel they said we don't get a room until we pay 1000 for it. Also they don't have the 24 hours stay value. They want you to check out at 12pm or else they'll torture you by coming to your room and telling you to go out or pay for another night. Don't go through the pictures they're all downloaded from Google.
Worst staff behavior I have seen ever. Dirty bedsheet, blankets, even they are not willing to provide bathroom soap. Please carry your own if you do not have any other hotel to stay.
Worst service, paid for an AC Room yet they didn't turn on the AC it was power cut from their side I asked for the remote they didn't provide, I manually tried to turn on the AC by clicking the button on the AC but it didn't turned on. They turned it off from their end. Also the room service is bad, food's cost was overcharged. Not satisfied at all by their service.
This hotel is best and affordable in Purnia. This hotel is very hygienic and staff behaviour is too much good so whenever I reached purnia I chose this hotel.
After booking online on reaching hotel demanded more amount by saying that room you book is not available with us so you have to pay more 700 if you want to stay , it's already 10PM after so much argument I have paid 500 more than booking.

The food in the restaurant is good. Tastes good, won't say it's over the top but it's good. This hotel has swimming pool as well you can learn swimming here which is obviously chargeable.
