Book Dharamshala but never book this hotel. Go and book at night, they directly refuse that we do not take online booking and then ask for extra money. talk in abusive language
I had a tough time coordinating with oyo office and the hotel. I was asked to pay 212 online and 600 upon arrival by official oyo help desk. I paid 212 in advance for booking as told. However upon arrival I had to pay 900 which is the full amount at the desk, as the manager said they never received the advance amount. The oyo service desk did not reply and I had to wait for an hour on hold. I was given a really small room instead of twin bed request (which was accepted on call but denied at the venue). I ended up coordinating and filling the communication gap between OYO and its venue. All in all it was a sad experience as I was far from home and didn't expect to be stranded like this. I would suggest not to pre book oyo ever because the hotels do not care about the policies at all.
It is the worst platform I know about..highly unprofessional..they cancelled my booking at the last moment and now they are not providing confirmation for another hotel...never again in my life will I ever use Oyo.. fraudster and cheaterGot a decent room at attractive price compared to other websites. Got all basic amenities AC TV clean washroom all without breaking our budget.
Don't ever think about going there unless you like to smell a strong urine smell . And if you are taking your girlfriend then it's big no, hotel staff looks like havasi

It's worst oyo hotel ever. Their is no cleanness. Rude staff behavior. And after the leave they message your date. When she ignore than they called their homes. Their is no safety for couples on this type of pathetic hotels.
writing this review right now from the room of the hotel. I visited here so many times ,everything is fine here. I just want to tell you just teach your staff hospitality if there at ur place a elder man coming or a younger boy Welcome them with the smile on the face. Sometimes the staff is rude. Otherwise this is the best hotel with the best price Compare to any other hotel in this area. One more thing i want to add just tell the staff say the right price i have to let them remember the right price whenever i have visited. ( Doing Negotiation at reception not looks good ) I'm your regular visitor from surat..you should give me some Complimentary discount
