OYO Hotel Silver House Near Mantri Square Mall - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

These people don't have educated receptionist. I have booked room through Agoda these people said oyo and Agoda both are same we won't accept any booking online then why did they keep their hotel on those platforms?? Just to attract the customers and make them fool? The receptionist said oyo and Agoda both same @agoda @Oyo this hotel making you defame as well not accepting any bookings kindly remove this hotel from your platforms.Such a irritating experience here. People pls do consider reviews and don't ever book here it's big scam.

When you see in oyo it shows 600, When you visit thet will ask 1200 for a person also tv's are not working

Hotel staff was very rude, they charger 50% to 80% extra if you book it on Oyo . If u argue with them a little about the price shown in Oyo app they directly say THIS IS THE PRICE IF WANT TO STAY,STAY OR GETOUT OF OUR HOTEL..

Don't be cheated I book the room and when I arrived the hotel, the receptionist was told me that she can't provide room with this offer price, she said I will show you the rooms and if you pay 500 more we will give you the room. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I payed the amount shown in OYO and very much struggled to reach over there to have a rest but unfortunately the hotel don't want to accept this booking. She was so rude, impolite and arrogant to me, she don't want to listen me and not even said a sorry. Their policy is that tactfully attract costumer with fake offers and asking for the double payment once we trapped. Its a cheating system. I highly recommend not to book this hotel. They are cheating costumer with fake advertisement, secondly, they published the hotel is near manthri Square Mall, I went to manthri Square from majestic it cost me 1 hour journey but the hotel was another area which was 5 km away from there and it will take another 1 hour and cost 150 rupees with uber taxi to reach over there. Another 2 more costumer also was there face same problem and the receptionist was arguing with them aslo. So overall they are misleading costumers with false offer and advertising. It's unethical and unprofessional.

I always stay here, I feel like home and the staffs are good and the rooms are clean.

If you book this Hotel in OYO it shows you low cost. But, once you reach the hotel they will say price of room is high. They were doing lot of fraud. And please pay once you visit the hotel don't pay anything in online for OYO booking. It's Full of Fraud. Once ur payment is done in online. You won't get any refund. Be careful.

OYO Rooms Big scam, worst service, they will take confirm booking and payment, but they are not providing Rooms, when you arrive given address, they will tell simply sorry rooms are not available, I experienced recently at Bangalore two bookings same day. any one don't take risk with this people ... very bad.
