Worst hotel i have ever visited . After giving room they don't take any responsibility. Electricity cut. Drinking water problem plus Ac remote problem tv not working . Room smells.

The hotel was very economical and most of the service was very good. However, even after repeated requests to give a first floor room to my parents (who have knee problems), they still allotted a room on the second floor. The attached restaurant has very less range of food available but whatever they served were good and their service was also great. Stay was overall okay but lots of room for improvement.

This hotel is a nightmare, the bathrooms have no water, and upon complaining about it to the staff, they asked us to wait for 5 mins, while waiting we saw others also struggling for the water. People were out in the corridor yet the management remained cool and irresponsive.

go for this hotel only if you are getting in range of 300 to 400 max. not worth more than dat. My room didn't even had any TV, water or towel or toiletries or phone. in my first day stay twice there was no water and I had to go to ground floor to ask them for water for washroom disgusting to say d least. in 2 days stay Noone even came even for 1 time to ask if anything needed and dare to ask for tips while leaving. if u book hotel check what r d Inclusions and take a ss of it as everything will be missing

Dirty place, rude behaviour, every time you have to go down stairs and ask for geyser, ac, water etc, phone not works, tv not works, geyser not works, they turn off ac geyser from their office, towel not good and single only, sweepers are asking for money again n again they disturb us 3 times in morning to get "Chai Paani", door close at 11:30pm, lot of reasons but mentioning only majors. Only 1 bulb in room. Far away from golden beach n railway station

First of all this is not a hotel. It is a cheap lodge. While booking this place from booking.com I saw the room images which looked decent. But please be aware that the rooms are nowhere similar to what is shown. The rooms & bathroom has zero maintenance. Forget the rooms, even the surroundings are more like a 3rd class cheap lodge where you get rooms for 500Rs. This was about the place. Now coming to their service. The reception guy was super rude. When we complained him that the place is dirty , he said "If you don't want to stay please leave". He then came to our room with 2 bottles of water which was filled with normal water and he said this is what is served as per the policy. After arguing a lot, he finally gave a packed mineral water. At night around 3 am the AC stopped working and all the lights were dim. We called the reception guy again and he was like electrician wont come at this time so we need to wait for another 4 hours to get all these fixed. We then contacted booking.com customer care which was also as pathetic as the reception guy. But again after arguing for 30 mins, when I said that I will be putting poor reviews, the reception guy called the electrician. Now during our breakfast time we were told that the breakfast is not included in our booking, although I showed it in the booking.com app that clearly says breakfast is booked for all 4 rooms. We then again called the customer care and customer care said that the call landed to OYO customer care and please call booking.com customer care. Remember this is the same customer care number which responded to our earlier issue with the electricity but now denied interfering with breakfast issue. So we finally gave up and had our breakfast outside. Overall I would say that please refrain from this hotel if you don't want to spoil your trip. We had the worst experience of our life.

The location is perfect and along with the service provided by staff. Neat and clean as always. This was my 2nd visit to the property and I am loving it. This is really exceptional stay

Staff like Prasanto & Babu Vai were good but people like Partho & Guddu were not helpful at all. During the last day of check out (Oct 8th), we got no help in moving our luggage out of the hotel. Out of 3 rooms, only one room had good hot water & other t wo rooms were bad in terms of hot water from geyser TV wasn't functioning at all Oyo room portion & General hotel - needs to work on improving their services.
