Owner behaviour is very rude, I booked this hotel on oye ,but owner denied my check in. he wants money for his room

Drunken manager asked for extra money. Didn't let me enter. i had booking through agoda and did payment too online at time of booking. But he refused to accept. Such a pathetic behaviour. Staff said you have to pay extra other wise you won't get room. I had no other option to give him extra cause i had exam very next day. And secondly it shows breakfast in booking but after asking for they refused to provide. Simply don't go there. It's a trap to scam you. I didn't experience anything like that but anyway.

Simple Horrible.....oyo your service is pathetic in this case. Front desk guy was drunk and were not in a cautious state to talk. He was stinking and when other person informed him to check the booking he stood up and told me no booking from OYO we have received. If you wish to stay here we will tell you how much to pay and this all was happening in the mid of the night if it would have been during the day i could have easily found another hotel......that smell was killing me and i left immediately. Such unhygienic place and worst staff. People don't stay in this hotel you are wasting your time and money.

Very Bad Room rent post on Oyo different price Bt anyhow you reach their hotel They're asking for double price Just bcos of hard raining .they don't understand your situation they want money bcos of your time is not good .In one shot they change room prices just looking for your situation. Worse experience of Shivam Hotel Oyo and provide very cheap Quality room and Services. And Receptionist have high attitude that not suit on him.

Overall hotel is good, just behind charbagh metro station. Drawbacks: Cost is not justifiable There were bugs in bed

Worst service through Oyo booking. Despite having booked room and room no alloted through OYo app, the hotel refused to provide me the book room at time of check-in.it was late night, and they just refused without any reason. The staff was also rude, not hearing anything that the room was already booked by me. Not recommended for anyone, particularly with family and during night checkin time.

It has small rooms for single person for quick stays. AC was not working in the room I first checked in, arrangement of second room was done but I had to wait for more than 20 minutes. The geyser of the second room was leaking and the flush was not working properly. The room was not cleaned properly. Keyhole was see through so it could be an issue for privacy concerning people. The lift can only fit 3 people together. Overall staying here was a bad experience.

My experience says that they are making fool because if the booking is done online then there is no need to asking of more money bt when the booker reached the hotel then they demand extra money.
