OYO Hotel Shetkari - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

I wish there was minus rating possible for this property. I booked it on oyo in emergency. Once I reached there at 5am all gates were closed. After trying oyo's helpline multiple times, one guy opened gate from inside. I had to wait around 45 minutes outside in cold. After getting in, the guy kept calling his owner saying unless owner confirms booking he can't allow me in. The whole lobby smelled bad. After long time and multiple tries finally owner picked up the phone and demanded much higher price than what agreed on oyo. They try to loot you seeing that you might not have other option in late hours. Most hopeless experience with any hotel till now. Obviously I didn't fall for these guy's tricks. I left the place even though it caused some more trouble. Don't go to this place in any case. Hopeless management.

Worst service, if you book this hotel from room, they still ask extra money at the time of checkin. Rooms are not clean, bathrooms are stinking.

I request everyone not to go to this hotel, not even in much need!! It's the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Spitted over a walls in room, Very Very Very Dirty Bed Sheet, Dirty floor, Worst Washroom(Even Public Washroom is much more clean against this), Charged Much Higher that what was shown in app; just I stayed because I was in much need and it was midnight...!!

Worst services from staff and vegetables also bit on spicy side. But their service is nightmare. It took 15 minutes just to get someone to clean our table and then we just sat there and on one even bother to give us menu card. We have to ask and then while serving they gave water bottles but no glass, brought chapati but no Vegetables, served whole food but no spoon was given, I mean these are basics of hospitality and I wasn't expecting that much anyway but they completely ruined our evening.

I had a disgusting experience at this hotel. We had decided to go to a hotel for dinner after a long time , so we went to this hotel for dinner.... But very spicy food.. No test for any non-veg dish only spicy test...! Not even a single stomach was filled. Think before going here... waste of money...!

Worst worst hotel I see ever. Hotel owner is ruide he don't know how to talk with customer. Please don't go there quality of food is very worst. and hotel room is dirty and expensive. And Hotel owner ask extra money when we visit to there hotel. When we ask why are you asking extra money we book this amount in Oyo or any other booking app then he say that I dnt know anything if you want the room you should pay Rs900 for 4 hours. Quality of food is very bad when I tell to waiter to change the food he bring back the same food. It's terrible experience I have this hotel. I really don't recommend anyone to go there

I went to have dinner however I was alone I sat down on a table from where I was not able to see the TV and a very nice Govinda's movie was playing. I decided to move other side so I can see the TV clearly suddenly I was asked to sit on the other side when I asked for a reason waiter said this is family section however I was sitting on the same floor whn I said I am not here for drinks I just want to eat n enjoy the movie guy said one person is not allowed here there has to be a female with you and the most funny part is that I was the only one customer for them now I know why. For the first time I had to expreance this kind of discrimination. Even the waiter's were rude however I decided to stick with my principals and had to cancel the order n leave

disgusting experience I had in this hotel. I paid in advance for hotel room but hotel owner he not allow me to entry the room. Hotel owner is very arrogant he don't know how to talk with customer. I recommend don't book hotel there with you book you should ready to pay extra money he not allow you in 400-500 he ask money rs 800 for 3 hours is to expensive for this type of hotel. The quality of food is disgusting very poor quality of food and service is very bad My total experience to this hotel is very bad very bad.
