OYO Hotel Sea - Hotel in Patiala - Patiala, India

Very bad experience. We had made an online reservation via Oyo and made the payment as well. When we reached the hotel to check in, they simply said that all the rooms were full and they cannot help us. Our payment was refunded but finding another hotel on that particular day was a tough hussle. They didn't even make an effort to inform us through call/message that our booking was cancelled from their end. Pathetic hospitality.

Dirty room and washroom. The bed has so many hair and the blanket smells dirty. Don't visit this hotel.

The most disgusting hotel one could ever visit in lifetime. The staff here is illiterate, not at all friendly and seems they are not even interested in doing the job . Specially the one om reception. Moreover if u book online and then go to their hotel they still demand extra money . They won't refund. Then talking about the rooms they are so bad too small rooms just opposite to that shown in pics, beds are not in a proper condition, they will just give you a room that is not even cleaned. The washroom are too bad. You won't feel to stay there for Even one second Not at all recommend..there are other hotels and oyos in this city better go somewhere else then going here.

Not a good hotel... The staff is not cooperative.. Visited from Amritsar and they didn't allot me room.. Ciggerate smoke is everywhere in the hotel...

Hotel manager doesn't have sense how to treat customers . Very miss behaving, very rude nature and demanded for extra money . No towel provided . No handwash provided . No blankets provided. I want to request to all don't visit here too much rude behaviour. If you booked your room from oyo then they denied to give you keys for rooms and cancelled the booking also they didn't provide any water bottle nothing . Food is tasteless . Always demanded extra money . If you were with female friend then I definitely request you don't visit here . Hotel manager doesn't have sense how to talk with girls and also he will asking for extra money if you are with your female friend . I humble request to all Not visit here otherwise your experience will -0

Worst Experience...Room was dirty dusty and no windows not clean at all..staff so unprofessional and rude..we payed all the money in advance but when I looked at the room I didn't even want to stay there for a second. I asked for a refund. They refused and didn't give anything back. So in the end I left without taking the refund because i don't want to waste my time with unprofessional staff and went to a different hotel which was 10x better than this

I have no issues with hotel cleaniness! But staff at reception specially(Jaswinder) jass he don't even know how to talk with customer. I am locally from Patiala I booked rooms in emergency because my guests are coming from different cities because we have family reunification function in morning. So, they have to stay for night and I already give advance for rooms but when my guests came in front of my guests he disrespect me he said first give me money in full then i will give you room keys! I have terrible experience overall and I don't recommend to anyone. They are just making money because of location.

Hotel staff was not good rather they were rude. Rooms were not clean. They were not helpful room service is very very slow. Location is good it's on main road just opposite to Dukhniwaran Sahib Gurudwara. They were not allowing outside food but nowhere mentioned this. Overall it wasn't a good experience as per the charges paid.
