Good place to check-in within budget. Neat and clean. Only issue, food is not available, but you will find many restaurants nearby.

The rooms are fine enough for the price...but the service is just bad. We had 6 rooms and none of the TV worked and there was a World cup match at night and the response was "Manager toh chala gaya", this was around 8 pm. Carry everything from towel to soap, even water...dont expect anything from the hotel staff. Attached is a pic of their "big room" with 3 single beds...forgot to take any other pics.

Please DO NOT book this hotel from OYO or any other online platforms. I had reservations of 3 rooms for 3 days. After reaching there they refused to give accommodation for 3rd day. The manager is very bad in nature and intentionally won't receive calls from OYO customer support. Even OYO can't do anything instead of refunding for the stay. The manager didn't allow us to check-in even when we agreed to stay for 2 days. He told OYO will update the booking and then he will allow. After arguments with OYO he allowed us. We were 7 people (4 person over 60+ age). One hotel staff Mr. Jadav was very helpful and he attended us well. Others were most disgraceful. Cons: 1. Very small room like cages 2. Bathroom draining issue 3. No fooding option in hotel 4. Cleaning staff is not regular 5. No private parking place.

This is a scam between oyo and the hotel manager They wont allow you to checkin even after confirmed booking, i would suggest to avoid this hotel

Absolute disgusting, the hotel staffs, management and their coordination is not at all professional. Even after booking the hotel in advance and making the full payment the receptionist denied the booking confirmation and told there are no rooms available. I will never ever recommend booking this hotel online either via oyo or any other website. If the hotel is full then they should not accept any advance bookings. My family had to loiter around to find another hotel. Very sad.

This was my first trip to Jamshedpur with my husband and it was the most disappointing experience in terms of the stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms are not at all same as you will see in online listings like booking.com or MMT or OYO. These hotel rooms are exactly the opposite of what was displayed in the pictures. Starting by points: 1. They hotel was unreachable to contact when you want to confirm the stay before arrival. 2. They don't have a dedicated parking space for either bikes or cars. It is not safe to just park ur vehicle outside the building. 3. The building is shabby, the receptionist is rude not at all helpful. 4. I have a local resident govt. ID but I have not been staying in jsr for the past 5-6 yrs but the receptionist denied my stay at the hotel. Later he considered my husband's id but told me that I can't night stay at the hotel as I have a local id. I was so furious that they are denying me to stay with my husband. After a heated up conversation we settled on the stay. The other staff members are really helpful though and understanding. 5. The rooms are horrible, shaddy, pale. They provide 2 single beds attached with an online listing of 1 king size bed. 6. The bathrooms are filled with cob webs. 7. We even found cockroaches in the cupboard. Highly non suggested hotel stay. The only good experience was with the other helper/staff members, they were quite old and humble. They helped us to get the breakfast and served us with great coffee.

I have booked OYO rooms and after reaching owner or reception person he is not ready to give rooon and asking for money since already I have paid for the room.through online booked .after I called to Customer care infornt of me that owner was not receiving Customer care call .I have shown this is my booking I but they are telling a lie I did not get any confirmation regarding your booking.and same thing they were telling you can book ofline.since already I have paid then no need to pay again .I will request to oyo team please take strong action on these kind of hotel and removed from oyo hotel apps so people will not face any issue who is booking online .and I will exclate to Oyo team also why you are giving this kind of fraud with Customer.Who is traveling from long distance they have to face this kind of problem. Please request to remove this hotel from oyo .if you are still not removing shame on you OYO team. Even I have read all the reviews they all have given bad feedback. Please do strong action on that and remove this hotel from oyo .
