Owner is a rascal, so the staff are. Once you book the room they will not even listen to you, forget about responding to your call even if you go to reception for something they won't respond. Geaser doesn't work there. And owner was charging GST without giving original bill, means he charges gst illegally. Better you stay away from this hotel.
It was nice stay. Staff is friendly and the delivery is good. Rooms are quite big and the clean. Had been three with a family. They did arrange pick and drop from pipariya statiom as well. It was comfortable stay. Alos food is quite good. Recommended hotel if you wish to visit Panchmarhi
Pathetic service ever!
I stayed in hotel sanskar pachmarhi for two days. Though it was off-season I paid them high rates than others just to get better services. But my bad, The telephones were not working, blankets were too dirty, bathroom lights wasn't working.When I asked to repair, they gave answer like "wiring bigad gaya hai, kuch nahi ho sakta ab". Even in the morning, gizer wasn't working and we had to get shower under cold water.
About blankets and bedsheets, I can't describe the situation even.(that much dirty)
For replacement of blankets and pillow, i had to go to the reception thrice (because telephone also wasn't working as always) then they provided blankets only. Service is too poor. The glasses were not clean at all.
If you guys seeking service at hotel, please don't take this hotel.
We booked this hotel on 12th of june , arrive at hotel on 13th june , then the manager provide us the room and the breakfast as mentioned on the site. Hotel is clean and hygienic. Room are ready and clean. Then they provide us a tour plan and a jungle safari for tour at very nominal price. I must say the hotel management made it very convenient stay.
Average rooms with a rude manager! Donot get carried away by pictures he sends. They are too misleading. It was okayish, for our three day stay. Ac and non ac both are available.

It was an awesome experience. All the staff were good and polite... And they have provided me first class service. Also they provided me comfort living with such extra classic services. Travelling was quiet easy as they provide quality tourism....fully satisfied with the room service
This is the worst hotel i have ever seen. Owner of this property is very bad in talking if you are tell him something he will immediately abusing you. Behavior is totally rude and not forgettable. My incident is - I have booked 3 deluxe AC rooms from oyo hotel. I have talked earlier with property owner that i will come on my check in date please don't give my room to anyone. He agree and told ok l. But when i reached for check in he told that all rooms are booked i don't have rooms for you. I told that i have earlier talked with you about my booking how you can do this. He told that whom you paid the money. I told to oyo..then he said that talk to oyo i am not responsible. Then he totally denied for rooms..

The Hotel is located at the proper town. All hotels are actually in the same place and near to each other. The staffs behavior was really good and the food they served were also good. Hot/warm water is only available in the morning but they made it available for us in the evening also. And rooms are very spacious too...I had a very pleasant experience.
