OYO Hotel Sai Stay Inn - Hotel in Shimla - Shimla, India

It was a awesome luxury stay, well maintained and spacious rooms. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. Happy to have visited this place and will definitely visit again.

These guys are thieves, never book this place from OYO. They will deny you to give room at the price fixed by OYO and ask for more money. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

2-bad washroom is not clean. Room lock is not working. I will share you some picture & video. Than you can really realise that rooms conditions really very bad. * geezer / tv not working. Is totally bad experience. Ok i will share you some pictures than you realise that totally bad room condition.

Nothing was good. First of all hotel manager denied for check-in. He was blaming OYO for blah blah blah reasons. Whatever the reason it was they shoud not treat like this with the Guest. Also, location is not good and the price with respect to the location is also not good. Think many times before booking this or staying here. You can read other's reviews (Do not read 5 star rating because they are fake one specially local guide review).

It was utterly horrible. I was denied entry against my confirmed OYO booking because hotel management had issues with OYO regarding room rent (I had to pay 400/- cash during check out) and though I had called and mailed, OYO did not resolve it till date. Staff and manager were very rude ( It is their common practice to make the guest wait for hours if they do not like the OYO booking tariff ). Hotel is at New Shimla , sector 3 , which is very far from city center. Taxi refuses to go there or charges exorbitantly. Faucet in the room was broken, blanket has holes.

1. Staff is very very nice and polite. 2. Fantastic Lunch and Dinner. 3. Complimentary breakfast means only paratha and sandwich. Rest all chargeable - would advise to keep basic food items like eggs, Maggi, poha etc in stock so that same can be served on demand. 4. Evening tea was unfortunately not hot and bread was stale. 5. Recd full support on late night arrival. 6. Kindly check the lock of room no 107 before checking in.owner was reluctant to get it repaired. I changed my room on request. 7. Rooms at 2nd floor are fantastic with open space to sit. Clean rooms. 8. 6 kms far from main Shimla and one have to go through several steep slopes to reach here.u can test ur driving skills. 9. no restaurants near by and limited stuff in the kitchen of hotel 10. This is a home converted to . Basically you'll stay at home

I stayed here with family for 6 good days and I was given the balcony room on the rooftop. Well, a BIG thank you to the staff. They are extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is quite close to the bus stand from where you can catch a bus for ISBT or mall road very easily. Location wise it's quite comfortable. A few points which might turn you off can be that when I reached the hotel the bedsheet wasn't clean but the staff changed it as soon as I complained and they don't have anything but a set menu for lunch and dinner so if you are looking for 'ghar ka khana' then this is the place to go for! I had a good stay here. Will come back! Oh yes, the view from the room was epic so definitely worth the money.
