OYO Hotel Safari Inn - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

Poor room condition. Non functional A/C. Poor hygiene. Interiors were bad and not described in the pictures as published in the OYO App. There was a minor disagreement in the pricing as displayed on the OYO App vs what the hotel staff was charging. Won't recommend staying here at any cost.

The response,service, the Oyo's complete performance is disgusting.The standard is so degraded.OYO symbolyses low standard, cheating to customers hotels don't recognise Oyo booking though hotels get customer through Oyo.

Very bad experience. The room was too much dirty. AC was not working and the bedsheet were very dirty the interior was not as per shown and the staff were very rude. I had complaint regarding room. They have said that it's shown only in photo. In real they don't maintain the room.. very much bad experience this time....

I had the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF STAYING IN A OYO HOTEL WITH SAFARI INN!! I booked the OYO 70998 (Safari Inn) at a discounted price, and confirmed the same with the manager of the Hotel. But, when I reached the hotel the manager DENIED to provide me the Room saying that the amount is too less. He further had the audacity to ask me to call Oyo and ask them to increase the price. I said why should I call them and this should be a problem between Oyo and the Hotel..and why should the customer face any issue because of this? But the manager simply didn't allow me to check In untill I pay EXTRA MONEY TO THEM! I tried calling OYO but their Pathetic Service again proved why it's a Waste to contact them. They didn't pick up the call and when someone picked up the call they would ask me to stay on Hold and then the call got disconnected "multiple times". I had to Pay 400rs extra to the pathetic manager to get the Room..and this is over the amount I ALREADY PAID FOR THE BOOKING! After being OVERCHARGED by Safari Inn, the Room was PATHETIC! It smelled, and the bedsheets were dirty and torn. The walls had huge cracks and the bathrooms were Dirty! I WON'T RECOMMEND EVEN MY ENEMIES TO GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER..AND WOULD NEVER USE OYO APP AS THEY ARE USELESS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORSE!!

The location wasn't good. The staff wasn't wearing masks. And they take your phones before you check out to review themselves five stars. Sooo if the rating is good, it's not necessarily true. It was clean at least and cozy.

For me it wasnt a hotel room it was like upgrade dharmshala room.size of the room was so so tiny and the bed was so tiny as well bed sheet,pillow,blanket were dirty pillow. Lock was faulty and the location was pathetic.i would never ever recommend oyo to any one.

It was very bad exprience Because I have already done online booking wwith payment but when i reach at hotel manager say they did not find any booking so i had Done one more payment but staff not intrested to solve our query but they Take our fon and By there own give Excellent rating how Man can do this?

i must say its a nice hotel to stay close to cg road area.rooms are neat and clean and well-maintained, hotel staff is always up to at your service. so polite and helpful at every point.love to stay here again and again.book without any second thought.this is the best one.
