OYO Hotel Ruma Near Nampally Railway Station - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Everything was good. Gud service, cool manager, bro. Only one thing disappointed me: AC and TV. I booked an AC room, but my ac wasn't working, and my TV wasn't working either. I booked for 3 adults, but there were only 2 beds, but that was fine. I was with friends, so we shared 2 beds for 3 people.

Ruma Hotel, Nampally, Hyderabad is one of the most WORST hotel. 1.Rooms are very dirty and smelly. Only you will see good pics in the booking websites. 2. Staff behaviour is very rude . 3. They will demand high price for rooms at the reception whatever may be the booking price. 4. OYO officials will not support you when you reach the reception and ask for extra money. 5. Your advance money for booking will be completely waste. You will not be refunded back. 6. Do not even imagine to go to that hotel with your family. 7. I had booked through OYO recently and when we reached at RUMA Hotel, Nampally, looking at the staff behaviour and after looking at the rooms, I contacted OYO customer care and complained them for extra money demanded by the hotel at the counter. OYO officials also didn't cooperate. Therefore we booked another hotel nearby. 8. It is a worst hotel. Only hotel staffs and OYO staffs are giving good reviews. Never suggest any one to book this hotel.

Located nearly 100 mts from main road. Had a bitter experience in staying just one night. Room was booked through OYO app hoping that it would cater the best service. Reached at about 11.15 in the night and came out by 10.30 in the morning. Its a miserable experience all around. No boy was available and asked to occupy myself. Air conditioner was in 300c mode which is just throwing normal air. Suggested me to go to some other room when complained. Reached other room as well and found the air conditioner is in 160c mode and asked the attendant to give remote but replied in negative. Its a hell of affairs spending a night with crushing cooling temparature. Hopeless bathroom as our movement is totally restricted. Never seen such a small bathroom with tap leakages. TV mounted with a clip to the wall but its not working. Hoping to have a comfortable stay made me to think to vacate at the earliest. The worst accommodation by OYO. No restaurant nearby. Took breakfast which was about 200 mts away.

Very bad experience...we book rooms through Oyo...but when we reached with family they demand extra money..after giving the extra money the give very worst conditioned rooms ..the beding was pathetic...even when we call Oyo they also don't resolve our issue and also the owner was very rude and and I'll mannered....never trust Oyo in my life again...at one time I thought to even complaint against them in police but then I was with my parents and want to enjoy our holidays...

We had booked hotel Ruma from make my trip app and completed the payment procedure as well, our train reached Hyderabad early in the morning and the moment we stepped out of the railway station and approached the auto drivers to drop us to the hotel,they denied stating the hotel is pathetic and unsafe for family, we assumed that these were the tactics of the auto drivers to take them to their tie up hotels , but we were wrong when we reached the hotel the receptionist denied giving us the room and said his rates are different and the rates on the app are not his agreed rates,he said there was no tie up with Oyo and the hotel, he did not even consider that we were traveling with small kids he was least interested in understanding or listening to us , he did not allow us to even see the rooms for which we had to pay....very unprofessional and rude .. The hotel pics are a big scam....no way near to what it's shown in pics.

Hi All, I would recommend to completely avoid this hotel. I had planned to stay for two days, but vacated in 3 hours. Not hygienic, dirty, broken cot, broken windows, insects in bathroom. It was a family trip, I vacated and went to other hotel.

One of worst experience in this hotel .... Management response is too late and their is no ac and generater also Plzz i never recommend this place It's totally waste of money

We were told this was a decent hotel for stay but my experience after entering the room was in absolute disgust. This isn't a family hotel so beware before making any booking. To conclude this review I'll just mention that there were many used Condom packets behind the exhaust in bathroom which led us leaving the hotel midday. Would've given half a star if possible.
