Hotel rock star suites in kolkata is a very very good place to expend holiday time.. hotel staffs beavers was very friendly, their rooms r very beautiful.. their have 2 banquettes hall..are very big and all Ac room... their have lift to easily available in up down... their have lots of parking place... and also have kitchen room to order good foods... I also enjoy with my family, I also recommend every one plz visit and enjoy your good times..... thank you...

Best hotel as compared to other as service is best in class

Overall it was a good experience though the person managing the place is not very polite or well mannered to be precise. They are very welcoming at the beginning but suddenly in the middle of the starts asking for hard copies of ID(noting this down since at present times soft copies are accepted EVERYWHERE!!!)and also asks for the whole payment to be made before even spending the whole night(Note: we already paid the advance amount at the start!)

My experience was pretty bad. I am thoroughly disappointed with the behavior of the owner and the manager of the hotel. The owner was extremely rude with us. I booked the hotel banquet and two rooms for my own marriage and was extremely disheartened by their behavior. The owner and manager were extremely uncooperative, the rooms and the corridor were very dirty. I advise people to think twice before booking the place for any ceremony.

We are from Lucknow and visited Kolkata for a wedding function. We stayed in Rockstar Suites for 4 days and had an excellent stay. The owner "Rocky Rockstar" provided a wonderful hospitality. The best thing about him and his staff was that they were continuously open to new ideas and feedbacks and were immediately acting on whatever could make their services better. Thank you Rocky for a providing a great stay in Kolkata

Reached the hotel at 11pm, I was greeted by a receptionist telling me to check a couple of rooms and leave if I didn't like it. Rooms have paint coming off the wall but otherwise clean, Breakfast was good. Had called the reception to check if I could checkout an hour late since a lot of rooms were empty, ended up getting a rude 'nahi nahi nahi' and being hung up on. receptionist in the morning during checkout was very friendly. Got a feeling that they didn't want us to stay.

Well, Good place to stay including family, rooms are tidy and clean bedsheets. A/C is cool. However the size of TV screen is too small. Toilets are OK...need to take care of them. Wi-Fi is available only in lobby area...so make sure u have ur own internet plan. Complimentary breakfast is good including service. Ideal location into the heart of the city. Staff is courteous and polite. As of now hotel do not have credit card swiping facility so need to make online payment. Overall...a good experience !!!!!!
