Worst hotel during my entire trip...manager is so rude and arrogant...service is very poor..during checkout they create a rude argument with each and every customer..whole staff is so arrogant ..they can't pick up call at reception and for room service also..even after finding no one is found during checkout and main gate is locked...pathetic hotel and services.they alot room to customer at second floor and denied to take back bags during checkout.and denied gate opening before 10 am..worst hotel and experience
The hotel isn't what you'll picturise by seeing it online. The lift isn't functional.
The bed in the rooms aren't that cozy they push you out. The bathrooms have a bath tub but aren't well kept. Geyser fitted heats up quite quickly.
It's location however is very easy to notice as it is directly on a highway. The hotel is also easily recognised by majority of the local folks.
The staff isn't nice at all.
The food is decent.
No buffet breakfast, coffee isn't nice.
Very poor service booked through oyo showed beautiful room pic but actual state was diffrent when checked inn. No curtains available when checked inn
Spacious rooms at the property, safe for everyone. Lot of eating options around. Inhouse service can do better.
It's been a wonderful stay overhere. I just checked-in, in early morning. Hospitality its good. It's a good stay in a affordable fare.
