Worsted service and rude behavior of receptionist.. A hopeless facility with dirty rooms and slippery/soiled washrooms. Torn/filthy linen. No manager to listen you. Only a safaiwala was the night manager. Recommend the facility to be immediately delisted from oyo list. Also no warm water provided by the service staff.. I booked this hotel online and paid the required amount well before the arrival to this hotel. But as soon as I reached their they said to pay again that same amount here. I don't know why they did like that. When I asked for return of my previous money they said it will get refunded within 24 hours. But now it's being 1 month no money I have received till yet. I called them many times they said we've refunded the amount but never shared it's proof. Maintenance of rooms are worst and no hygiene care by the staff. Even if we ask for water they give us bottle for which they charge seperately. They really don't value customers. First of all, contact your oyo manager or whatever, I had pre-booked a room and paid for the same but when I reached there, the person at the counter asked me to pay by scan again because the amount kind of didn't reach their account or something and the amount will be refunded later on. But I never got my refund. I have no complaints regarding room service or anything but I paid double for the room. I was so fed up calling again and again that I even forgot about it for a month now. And I wasn't the only one, I remember there was a girl in the reception and she had the same problem going on while check-in. Also receptionist beheviour is rude. They provide me staf room we did not checked in and money was deducted. Very poor service. No bed sheet has been changed. Even fan regulator is broken. Toilet flush is disturbed no water is coming. Very dirty room. Bad smell coming out of room. Staff behaviour is very bad. Even it's was a scam where both hotel manager & Oyo are simultaneously looting customer they forcely take extra money when we reached hotel even when we call at Oyo number they are also equally involved in scam.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with staff behaviour and the cleanliness, especially the dirty commode and poor bathroom hygiene. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I do not understand why the hell you guys don't think about customer satisfaction. You have got a great location, great building. With just a little effort you guys can have 5star reviews on your profile. Vacation | Family I booked this hotel online and paid the required amount well before the arrival to this hotel. But as soon as I reached their they said to pay again that same amount here. Jitna achha dekhne me lg rha hai utna hi ghatiya Hotel hai. Please don't book this Hotel. I booked it for my younger brother who had exam in Agra. I booked from OYO app and had paid online. When my brother reached there they denied check-in and said they don't accept online booking and you have to pay another 1100 extra rupees and said that the amount that I had already paid online will be refunded in 2-3 days. But reality is that only OYO can refund online money. My brother was tired And I was busy somewhere so I said to my brother to pay to them extra money. He paid extra money. But they made his check in on the same online booking. I understood their fraud by reading reviews of Hotel on Google maps. Then I called OYO custumer care then he really helped me a lot. He took manager of hotel on conference call and manager assured me to go to Hotel and see the matter and said to me don't panic. But manager didn't go to Hotel because he is directly involved in this fraud. I again called to customer care He talked to manager and the customer care cancelled my booking and initiated my refund. Please in Hotel walo ki baaton pr believe mt krna. Wo bolenge ki 2-3 din me refund aa jayega. Kabhi na aayega refund. Only OYO hi refund kr sakta hai. Galti se kabhi book kr bhi do aur online pay kr do to phir customer care ko call krna wo aapki puri help karenge aur in any case extra money pay mt krna. Is hotel ke reviews achhe hai OYO app pr. Sb fraud hai. Bhai ne bataya bahut ganda hotel tha. Ek number ka MADARCHOD staff hai. Nark me jayenge saale ye sb ke sb. Only OYO ke customer care aapki help karenge.
