OYO Hotel Rigel - Hotel in Agra - Agra, India

Had 3 rooms. All had dirty sheets. One room smelled like a sewer. Asked to change rooms and they said they would change it. Then they decided to just spray the room instead. Arrived at 1030pm and we were exhausted. No energy to argue. Staff did not appoligize or seam to care. Left hotel at 630am next morning. Worst hotel stay while in India. All other hotels will get a 4 or 5 star review.

Room service can be made much better than an experience from hell. Bathrooms will surely make you skipping the Swachch Bharat Abhiyan, as it would be better to defecate in the open than in these. Neither AC, nor TV was working properly. Also the room service department will trick you every time you call them up. Would recommend this hotel only if someone is on a hunt for the worst hotel in Agra City. The only good thing here was the taste of the food offered, but again the quality did not meet the standards of a nice place.

It's a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Rigel inn hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

I don't usually like leaving bad reviews and we are backpackers so used to hostels and grubby places....but we thought we'd go for something nice and this was AWFUL considering the price. Would not recommend any one to go here! Walls dirty, broken furniture and dangerous bits sticking out, sheets felt damp like they weren't dried properly, hairs on the bed, dirty bathroom, toilet leaking, sink leaking (literally the water had no pipe to go down ), slow service, no hot water and I'm surprised I didn't get food poisoning...the weirdest and coldest, Dahl I've ever had with the greasiest unfresh chapatis. Avoid at all costs and don't trust the pictures!! You're better off at a hostel

Rooms are very small. Toilets are tacky and in house restaurant does not give you many options also there are no good restaurants near this place if you don't have a vehicle at your disposal then you are doomed

Unbelievable dirty, unhelpful staff, doesn't feel safe, location out of nowhere. I am not sure that they can call it "hotel". Our agent from Delhi >Perfect Holiday Travels< book it from us. Stay away from this agent and this hotel if you want to enjoy India.

Rigel inn doesn't deserve any ratings...its not a hotel ..it's a local lodge....I dnt know why people are rating this lodge....am lucky that I did not stayed in that hotel...I booked for two days online. After reaching there I was surprised to see dirty lounge, dirty entrance, only one room boy was present there. I was shown seven rooms and not even a single room was in order. Dirty bathrooms, bed sheets, dust bins and even floor was not clean. After wasting one hour in that lodge, I vacated and shifts to some other hotel.Rooms were stinking like sewer. Pics that were shown on internet were at the time of construction i believe.Not even a single room was in possession of basic things like bathroom slippers, complementary kit, mug,water glasses , kettle......room boy was shifting hand towels from one room to another. Greasers are not working.Rigel inn, people plans vacation once in a year to spend good time.But ppl like you disappoint tourists. I strongly recommends , you should close down your lodge immediately ya improve standards.. Very pathetic.. And I cudnt found any word below pathetic

This hotel does not deserve the name hotel. It is completely run down. Trash is laying everywhere on the floor. Next door to our room they used a room as a dump for trash. Do not go there! The pictures in the internet are all wrong.
