Very bad experience with OYO booking.yesterday I booked 2 rooms in this hotel with OYO app where total amount was 1021.After going to hotel,they not allowed us to stay .they said that they don't have tie up with OYO. After that I called multiple times to OYO customer care to refund my amount ,they said they'll check with senior member and putting us on hold for 5-10 min after that they disconnecting the call. And Oyo cheated us i'll suggest never book hotel through OYO.amount also not got refunded nowadays many people are suffering by booking in OYO.
First of all the oyo hotel declined our booking saying they can't accept any order below 900. They blamed oyo for putting wrong information and used abusive words against us. They sent us off at the midnight. This was the worst experience i had with oyo. And frankly speaking this oyo room was the worst in hygiene and cleanliness.
Rooms were Ok, not that clean. Bedsheets were not clean and bathrooms were not maintained well. Also, they are cheating customers saying they don't tie up with Oyo currently and hence online price is not applicable. Not sure whether it is Oyo's fault or the owner's fault. Please check with hotel owner before booking through Oyo.
