Manager is very rude . We had booked online which he had not checked and had given room to some other people. He was telling that we had not paid in lakhs and can leave hotel . There is no respect for money that we had paid n booked . Hotel is not trustworthy. Please don't go here . Worst experience.
Avg quality food. WiFi was not working properly. Worst experience in terms of billing. I visited here on 20th December 2018 with my 2 Mauritian friends. The manager tried to charge some extra amount than the actual booking price. Reported immediately to Oyo over the phone and the representative helped out on it. Be careful about staff members. Didn't find everything normal.
Hand wash shop or liquid was not there .. No exhaust in washroom.. Room will be smelly not cleaned.. Bed with dirty bedsheet and reception staff is also not cooperative they were also very rude. Tv not working, room size was very small. My advice to hotel atlest clean your room including bedsheet and bed. Over-all very bad experience.

Ham yahan two night three day ke liye amritsar ghumne aaye the, yahan k bare me kuchh bi pata ni tha lekin jaise hi hotel R C Residency me in kiya yahan ka environment pura Familiar hai. We are very happy to me hotel Ownar , hi is very nice person he help us to hiw visit in amritsar and all place. The hotel staff is also very helpfull. Hotel is just 5 minut walking Distenc from bus stand. Hotel rooms is also very neet and clean. Thank you very mutch to make my trip very easy and joyfull..........
They charge me 1000. Room is small. Tv is not working. Ac is not working. Geyser is not here. Room phone is not available. Exhaust is not working. Road noise is soo much. If you want to buy this room please pay 500 or 600. This room is not beyond this amount. Thanks
