OYO Hotel Rbk Palace And Restaurant - Hotel in Ridmalsar Purohitan - Bikaner, India

I had booked this hotel on 23 July 22. The worst hotel i have seen so far, its better to stay at railway station rather than booking this hotel. Rooms had a layer of dust, bathrooms were very untidy and not cleaned since ages, bathrooms have broken fittings, no toiletries and towel was provided. Paan was spitted on walls of room, foul smelling blankets, dust all over the room, torn/ broken furniture and many more. I would rate zero if option available. Photos are attached for reference. I would request concerned authorities to take strict action against such hotels.

I had a great experience with this hotel and its staff members... they're very polite and helpful..room and hotel both are cleaned . Types of the rooms are exactly as u guess at this price point........ their resturant food was also having a great taste and healthy....you will find a stunning temple near this hotel...

Outer property looking wise good but the services like i called reception for water 3 times but didn't get it, in the washroom i couldn't found the soap or hand wash. Even the bed was not clean i asked for clean it but staff clearly say no for new blanket or bedsheet. So over all not good experience...

Hotel rooms are well Maintained and clean . Air Conditioner is nice cooling . Staff are cooperative . Geyser is available But exhaust fan is not available at bathroom. Well clean pillow cover and blanket. Food are served at room.

Worst experience. I had booked the hotel through Agoda and paid the amount in advance. When i reached at reception for check-in, the hotel people said that i can not check in because the booking was prepaid. They offered the same room twice the price which i had booked online. I seriously don't understand how the hotel is doing the business.

Best service . Owner is a nice person . I stay here on 10 may 2019. If you are planing your trip to bikaner and serching a hotel to stay then it's really good hotel . This hotel tie up with oyo hotels . So I booked my room by oyo app . Near this there is a bikaner famous tourist place vaishno dham you should visit there also . I love that place . See my photo

This Hotel is one of the best hotel . If anybody wants to stay at very silent place . Although this property is located on Jaipur road . But it's completely safe and best hotel for couples , friends and etc. Im visiting here since from very long time . It's one of the best hotel Hospitality is awesome . The owner Mr. Aadil is such a nice guy . I recommend everyone to must Visit here . You can book it via OYO / MMT etc.

This place is good, its staff's behavior is also very good and its owner is also very good.
