OYO Hotel Rama Palace - Hotel in Mathura - Mathura, India

Rooms are average, it is located on the opposite side of Vrindavan from the bus stand & railway station but on the side of Goverdhan chouraha. Don't ask about SERVICES it's the worst I've ever experienced. Their lift is never working but they told you that by evening the lift will be working(but it never happened). Staff behaviour is normal but receptionists(I don't know if they are staff or sons of the owner)both are non cooperative, don't have any sense of how to talk with customers, old is rudest.

I don't know about other rooms but standard room was horrible. AC not cooling. Light blinking continuously even after switching off. Fan making sound all the time making difficult to sleep. Poor or no ventilation. No cleanliness. I recommend not to stay.

Small rooms breakfast was ok but the tea was bad, flush was not working properly. No restaurant nearby. Places nearby smell very unpleasant. And don't ask them for the taxi they will give uh one but the charges dam , not the value for money. The staff were polite but the place was not good. The cigarette smells around your room no proper bathroom facilities, no bathroom shop unpleasant smell all around. It's not like a hotel but more like a guest house

The Property is located near Mathura Jn but all attractive points are far away from here, Janmbhoomi, Kans Palace, Yamuna Ji, Dwarikadheesh. Near by attractions near Mathura city like Vrindavan, Gorvardhan, are very far from here and you have to change 2-3 autos aur take your own vehicle. Rooms are spacious but not so hygienic, Service have some issues, location from many places is also an issue.

WORST CONDITION of Room at HOTEL RAMA PALACE, DHAULI PYAU, MATHURA, IT IS NOT PALACE BUT GUEST HOUSE, CHEATING.All Taps in the Bathroom are RUSTED & Plastic Pipe of Wash Basin in shabby condition. Broken Flush & LEAKAGES, Broken Door lock of Bath Room, Broken Wall, Bad Smell from LINEN & seems not washable. Small TV. Only Cash Business, not accepting even GPay/Credit/Debit Cards or so. Waste of Money, not comfortable and fall sick. Even rickshaws are not easily available, I was also charged excess for extra hours. No RESTAURANT,Being Sr.Citizen I suffered a lot & NON CO-OPERATION by the owner/receptionist. I was charged Rs 3000/- per night in cash by Hotel RAMA PALACE at Dauli Pyau. I stayed for 2 Nights Please don't visit. WASTE OF MONEY

The manager here is very pathetic and rude and tried to falsely blame us for damaging the property which was already in bad condition and tried to take advantage of tourists. Service was also very poor, Bathroom facility was not proper and while check out his tone was different and asked us to pay more than what we had agreed. Would not recommend anyone traveling with family or friends just because it comes in top while searching for hotels nearby.

Pathetic rooms, staff not cooperative at all, in today's world where even a sabjiwala accepts upi payment, this hotel staff will take payment in cash only even if you are not carrying any and they will tell you to manage cash from any atm. Bathrooms are dirty

Nice hotel. It is located on the highway hence easy to locate. Neat and clean ambience. Lobby is decorated with frames containing thought provoking quotes. Prompt and polite service. The hotel helped in cab booking with great co operation by Mr. Krishna Murari Sharma (reservation manager). Definitely a recommended place for a pleasant stay. They have a small in house restaurant. Food quality is also good. One can view Taj from their rooftop but they do not seem to be using that as proper marketing strategy. Only problem I felt was very low water pressure in their washrooms. It needs imrovement. Overall a value for money experience.
