Pathetic stay. Always sounds and washroom was not clean. Staff is too much rude. seepage smell was in room. Metress spring was coming out from metress.they are charging a lot. This hotel is not more then 500/- per day.
The hotel was good but the room size was not up to mark. Service could be improved because I ordered breakfast and after 40min management informed kitchen staff not available. This hotel is a couple friendly. You can also book a room on an hourly basis as I saw.

Worst service worst staff. They are not interested in assisting guest coming for 1/2 or more days... They deal more into hourly couple business. So they are least concern about giving service to guest. Basic amenities are also not available in rooms like towel or pillows. Worst behaviour and attitude of staff at reception.
One of the best hotels in Bareilly. It is also located In good areas It has also good rooms. But there is no elevator to reach fourth floor. Very bad service totally disappointed with service. Staff behaviour is also very bad , management should look into this matter

Room was dirty and unhygenic. Mattresses are not comfortable at all. Staff doesn't respond for anything. Even for water they let you wait for hours. In case they respond and come for your request, they will treat you like they are doing a favour as if you are staying there for free. Pathetic service. The minute you make the payment, you will see their other side.
Amazing hotel for all Couple .. This hotel is the best in the whole of Bareilly city. And the staff here is also very nice, talks well.
