Bad palace I was booked this hotel room from OYO in Rs700/- but when I reached at hotel then the hotel staff say that our tie-up is not with OYO. And they charge me to Rs1200/- for 8 hrs.

Terrible experience. It was during our road trip to Rajasthan. I called OYO for a booking, and they suggested me this. Made the booking through phone and confirmed. When we reached, the receptionist wasn't there. I called the number displayed on the board and he came in 10 mins. They said, they are not associated with OYO anymore and I ll have to pay 4 times extra to stay. We called OYO and they said they can only cancel the booking. Never book this hotel through OYO.

One of the worst Oyo hotels I've seen. Below the standards.. the rooms were in such a pathetic conditions i even won't give 200Rs rent. No parking place available.. marking on google maps is incorrect. The hotel manager also asked more money than what Oyo promised to check in which i refused and got the booking cancelled..Good i saw the room and happy that I'm not staying there. Oyo has really become very bad. I've decided not to book any Oyo hotels again.
They refused to give room for my OYO booking. The reason given by that i paid online. Why do they register on these platform when they can't provide room. I have to book another hotel. Refused on the same checking day.
Worst hotel of my life. It's not hotel. It is best house with poor amenities. Beds are non comfortable. A/c not properly working. Toilet no warm water for bath and conjusted . TV not working . Unhyzine glasses and clothes. Even also staff in non cooperative.
