I recently stayed at the hotel for a few days. I found the room to be great with nice amenities and very friendly staff. I really enjoyed this property at a low price. I would certainly recommend it to my friends and family!
My experience in this hotel was wonderful. The room was spotless and the staff was so helpful and kind. Best of all, the location was prime. I will be sure to come back next time I'm in town.
None of the electric sockets was working despite more than 4 requests to change room. No geyser and charging points working. Secondly had dirty stained linen and did not bother to change despite repeated requests. Room was a pathetic smell.
i am badly disappointed to OYO and I'll never trust again on oyo because i had booked a room in 450 Rs before a day of check in a hotel. But at the time of check in hotel Receptionist told me you have to pay 800 for stay in this hotel. And I had to give s 800 this is very disappointing..
All OYO Hotels not take Extra Charge for Water but Only this Hotel I have Seen Who take 25Rs. For 1litre Water Bottle. All Thing is Very Good Also LED TV at Reception but Except Water Services. Poor service n very bad hospitality, they even not providing hand wash, drinking water... N u will be threatened by the staff n Owener himself if you copmlain even if for non working of a/c.
Hotel rooms and services are average. Reception is unco-operative and rigid in few matters and tries to avoid generally and starts unnecessary arguments, which was really not good. Though the hotel owner was supportive. Hotel Restaurant was good as far as price is concern. Rooms are small.
In a city like old raipur, it's an alright place to stay, not as clean as it appears in the photos, but yes, has A/C, a wall mount TV and the bathroom has an electric geyser. The sheets are a bit old. So carrying one's own sheet's a better idea if you are headed here.
