I give minus rating to this hotel. Dirty and smelly rooms. Staff is arrogant and don't know how to talk to customers especially Receptionist. We ordered food but that was not fresh. Plates were not properly washed .
I would have given minus rating to this hotel. Room dirty and stinky . Staff horrible not polite and extra arrogant as if we're staying for free in their hotel! Toilet bathroom basin broken no heater working. They didn't allow for outside food and they only had omlette to provide from whole menu at 8 PM. Major disappointment.

Receptionist is very arrogant. He made us wait more than an hour just because we had booked online at a discounted price. Only thing good about this oyo room is food.
