Worst hotel staff. They argue with you and do not know how to treat with customers. If you do not order the food through them and you are taking your own food they will not even provide you plates and utensils. They have just opened a hotel but do not know anything about hospitality. Do not go to this hotel.
This is a Budget Hotel. You can spend a separate time with your partner at this place. This place is quiet inside. You can face a little bit problem while locating this hotel. Hotel staff is cooperating. Kitchen is not good.
The room wasn't sanitized.The flush of the toilet wasn't working and even after complaining,it wasn't fixed.The manager was just telling me everytime that it will be fixed but it never got fixed.after checking out, before I left the manager took my phone from me and rate my experience of the hotel on my OYO app without my permission.The hotel should not be a part of OYO due to their behaviour.Non repairing of unfunctional flush was fine,but taking my phone and rating 5 star for my experience in their hotel through the OYO by the manager himself wasn't acceptable.I had good experience in most of the OYO hotels.But,I can't accept the experience I got there
I stay at 24 and 25 nov 2018 ...please do not beleive in reviews..all are insisted by a hotel staff in front of him to give marking...your car can not go up to hotel ,it's so conjusted narrow street ..I ask for Airport drop they was asking 300 rupees,where as ola and uber can not come up to hotel ..as per facility this hotel teriff should be max 500-600 Rupees.non professional hotel.
Charged Rs1000/- and no breakfast or dinner included not even a cup of tea. Bedsheets were used and dirty and after request they didn't change it. Pathetic service just try to charge you additionally.
The reception guy need to learn to be cordial with guests, unhygienic washrooms and linen was all dotted with stain and dirtiest i have seen ever on a sleeping bed.
Its just awsome, staff people are friendly, rooms are clean and well maintained.
Unproessional staff.. Poor location. The owner of the hotel is rude. Never visit this hotel.
