I would advice everyone not to book rooms in this hotel ever! They engage in fraudulent practices. We had booked 2 rooms for 8th October, 2019 by paying the full amount in advance through MakeMyTrip. I had three senior citizens with me. However, on arrival the hotel denied us the rooms we had already booked. Thus stranded, we had to lodge a complaint at the local police station. This is indeed the most pathetic experience I have come across! The hotel's license should be cancelled.
