These people are so pathetic and have zero manners. I had a prior paid booking at this hotel and at the time of arrival when I called them they stated we do not have any rooms and even if you have paid what can we do that in that case "aap jaani aur oyo waale jaanein humse kyu baat kar rahe hain", it was 10:30pm. And being a girl standing there was so unsafe. And when I called the customer support even they stated we are sorry we cannot refund your payment we need confirmation and the hotel management was not responding them as well. These people are GOONS or I can call the 3rd class CHOR!! Jaahil log!!
Please call the hotel before online booking to ensure they are accepting or not.Only cash and UPI payment facilities are available. Hotel staff behaviour is very bad. They are lazy also. Not clean properly.
Very dirty rooms smelling badly. No cleanness in rooms. Very old items as furniture tv etc. Behaviour of staff is rude. Locality is not gud. No value of money. Even tv at reception was also not working. No wifi facility. Overall bad experience.
