This hotel is worst for customer need. When I book from oyo they are told that ni room avilable even I told that if not available then how oyo booked for me. This is trouble situation for me and at 4.30am i need to book another hotel.
Don't book this hotel.
The owner threatened us not to give the room and canceled the booking from my phone and then charged me 1200 instead of 600. And the rooms were in really bad condition worst experience avoid this hotel

i have booked my room in this hotel from MakeMyTrip on 13aug ..for 14Aug to 15Aug .
then i travel for 400km and i arrived at the baddest hotel then the receptionist tell me that there are no rooms available all are full ....they take bookings from MakeMyTrip and when they got local customer they takes more Ammount of money from them and give room to them ....but after i tell him that i have booking here already they use bad launguage with us then the hotel owner called he harras us and tell there receptionist to throw us out side the hotel the time of this incidence night 3:30 am .... do not book this hotel baddest hotel paradise inn
Worst experience,,,total preplanned fraud,,the person at the reception scams telling that your booking through online was cancelled at the last minute,,,customer care tried to inform ,,,big cheat,,,,please understand it's his strategy to grab more money and suggest you some other hotel ,,,at higher prices so it's a win win for him,,,do not approach this hotel we did it through Oyo ,we ignored such reviews ,but you dont

This was my first experience booking a hotel through Oyo and I would say it was worst. This is a fraud hotel registered on all these online apps. Dont book this hotel through any of these apps or your entire money will go to waste. I dont know how this has gone unnoticed by OYO or maybe even OYO is partially involved in such acts. Dont book this hotel unless it is completely unavoidable and there is no other option.
