Booking was actually mistaken confirming guest as 1. Of 2 guests ... Even though the price is same as per day for the both ... There asking me to rebook for Oyo again as 2 guests if not plz give extra charge for ur mistaken ... Obviously this is my mistake but eventually there demanding for an extra charge to continue with the last booking

OYO hotel palak residency, one of the best hotel near erragadda aeria, we have a greate experience and memorys with this hotel, it's located just beside the metro station, rooms are good, if ypu stay more then a day for room service you have to ask for them, or els they won't come for cleaning.. Staff was very polite and gentel, price is little high compared to other peer's..

Very very very very unprofessional service. They charged Rs. 1200/- for one night stay (24 hrs). No complementary water, toiletries, towel. I asked them to change the bed sheet as it was dirty, they said they don't have extra bed sheet. This shows how much unprofessional they are. The flash in the toilet was vanish. I had to stay there two nights as no options left but somehow escaped after one night stay. Relief.... Don't stay here if you get another hotel in same price or Rs. 100-200 more.

The manager force for extra amount. As well as the rooms were very dirty and manager was too rude.

Because I can't give 0 rating I m giving one star. Waste n useless stay ever. Oyo proved again that it is not for family. Stinking. Worst wash rooms. Doors were not locking. No water facility. No parking. Smoking smell throw you out of the room. Bedsheets are washed. Disastrous stay

Don't fall for the pictures. The rooms are smelly and nothing is good about these tooms

Actually we've checked about this hotel in Google and called to the given number, it's connected to Oyo. So we booked and paid some advance by online only, but when we gone there the Rates are different. Anyhow we had no choice so checked-in, the service is good, polite nature of reception people, security measures are not bad. Overall it's good. Small suggestion to the management pls make the CCTVs angle to see the whole corridor In each floor.
