Very bad poor service and worst experience. Even after telling that my father was a heart patient they did not do anything to help. Don't ever go to this place it's my request to everyone reading this.
Worst hotel, there was bedbugs in the bed and the couch, was itching the whole day and I got allergic symptoms. There was no proper light in the bathroom.
They accepted booking through Oyo but after reaching they told no rooms available and told us to go to their another property in Ranchi whose room is not good at all. Try to avoid booking Oxy heritage
Payment doesn't match with service, worst service, they don't know how to manage, only open the hotel and sitting there to take money, once the money taken, no responsibility towards customer, worst hotel service in my life
Worse! Had bedbugs. Didn't let me sleep. After complaining, they sprayes some chemicals. They didn't work.
Overall ok but light condition were to bad also cleaning service was expected
Didn't provide us the room key, room was small(not as shown in the app). The bedsheet & the blankets were dirty as hell & also the pillow was really small in size. Bathroom was so small that one person can barely use it (not at all comfortable for senior citizens). They didn't even bother to provide us water, handwash or towels. Worst hotel I have ever checked in, please don't stay in this hotel. The pictures also displayed in the app are not of this hotel. At last, they are going to ask you to give them your phone so that they can rate 5 stars themselves. This hotel & the service of the staffs doesn't even deserve a single star. If there was an option to give them negative stars for rating, I surely would have done that.
