OYO Hotel Olive - Hotel in Rohtak - Rohtak, India

Which services I got from there is really disgusting. I booked 1 room from oyo at 1382 but when I reached at there the guy who was on reception counter he ask me to give 2000.But because of i am newcomer I gives him 2000. By the way if there was 0 star I was definitely give it to them. Room cleaning services is really very poor.

fine budget hotel. deluxe rooms are better. superior rooms are of no use. food is fine. it was a kind of an okay-ish experience to stay at the property. rooms were neat and clean. quite near to the MD university that is the plus point. the local market is also not far. one can have a great experience here

Very bad experience. when we reach hotel receptionist asked for extra money.Even i alredy paid on oyo app. Receptionist don't know how to talk with customer.Rude behaviour. Rooms are not clear and normal amendment are not working like fan. If I have option to give 0 star so i want to give that. Disgusting hotel and services.

Receptionist charged me extra money. Room was so small and worst. Never stay in this hotel. Receptionist misbehave with me. I have no option in late night to changeover the hotel and i already paid the money by upi transaction. In future I will never book oyo hotel.

They did not accept Oyo bookings and charged me extra, double what Oyo has on website. They also took extra money GST about which they informed me at the time of check out. No transparency. They are luring in people through Oyo but then charging arbitrary and higher amounts

This was the 3rd class hotel.. The boy who was at the reception have a sarcastic smile when he saw couples in front of him.. I booked this hotel for my friend and he call at the hotel minimum three times and the receptionist boy don't remind him that he had selected the wrong date ..when he reached at the hotel..the reception boy said that this is your checkout time ..I'll not allow you to enter in the room..he said that he already pay the money then the receptionist replied that you have to pay money for booking again ... then my friend left the hotel and his money was wasted...I paid that money to my friend ...i tried to contact OYO customer care but no response ... third class hotel with third grade app...

Please never book this hotel. It does not even deserve a single star. The staff is super rude to you and nothing in the room is anything like the picture. They will give you used bedsheets will stains all over it, dirty blankets with no cover, used towels in a room with spider webs all over. When you ask for towels, you will be given used towels. When you complain about anything, they will get annoyed and (at one point I was even told to leave at 12:30 in the night). This is absolutely not the service you want. NEVER NEVER GET A ROOM HERE!
