they do not offer any basic amenities and if you ask them, they charge extra money. Online booking not accepted here always overcharged cash from the price shown online. Room was ok but bathroom was not cleaned properly, there are bunch of hairs moving around. it was my 6th and last visit, and now I will move for another hotel because I'm tired of their overcharging policy.

If negative stars were possible then I'll give them that.. .Most Manner less and most disrespectful manager and the MD...The MD spreads the notion that it's cheaper at first..but they don't confirm your booking...and ask you for extra money for different floors...the worst I've ever experienced

Rooms are neat and clean and room service is also good overall decent experience.... Worth visiting..

Booked on Oyo for a rockbottom price of 500+, however on arriving was given a room on the 3rd floor that was semi ready, with a wet leaking wall and a strong smell of mould, to make matters worse there was no geyser in the bathroom and no electricity in that room either. Was then told that was the only room they had available and if I wanted a better room i had to pay them an extra 500. After "upgrading" To a dirty room with an equally dirty bathroom on the 2nd floor I ordered dinner the manager insisted that he would organize the "best Punjabi dinner" I had ever had. I was then given a bill for nearly 1600 for the same dinner, which according to the menu should have cost no more than 600. There are plenty of better hotels at this price point, don't be fooled by the low price and the promise of a clean hotel. This is clearly a hotel where the staff has been allowed to run amok by an owner that does not care about his hotel.

It is just a horrible experience. 1.hotle nahi jhopra ha. When we arrived at hotel he says he can't give room at that rate. He charge extra 300 rs. At that time we don't have another option. 2. Rooms are smelly like the hell. 3. Bedsheets and blankets are burnt and are smelly too.

Room booked at a price online. On check-in, the man said that we don't give that room at that price and charge more than double of what I've booked. I told them that you should have cancelled the booking beforehand and why were they waiting for me to show up. At the same price i was offered a room with water dripping from ceiling on bed. Because i had nowhere else to go at the time i had to pay more money for bare minimum amenities room. bedsheets were stained, pillows yellow and spider webs everywhere. If i had time, this was a legit complaint to file with consumer rights protection. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
