Good behavior staff and cooperation full all type facility provide but one thing is all over gud nice

i have booked this hotel for my driver and they have not allowed him for check in, i require my money back with immediate effect, they said we cant allow check in after 12 am, what kind of silly excuse is this?

Staff good but room not clean plz arrange a new housekeeper and light issue in room washroom light is not working properly ASAP

Very rude receptionist boss. There is an indoor hotel but out of working order. And any request you make at reception, is never addressed properly. However the person named Kapil in the staff gave exceptional service.

Hotel staff and faculty is very good room are looking is verey fantastic room full furnisd and food quality very nice

Worst staff, worst rooms. Rooms were not as the pictures shown. Staff behaviour was too rude. No hot water, no blenkets, no buckets.
