OYO Hotel Nilansh Near Mawaiya Metro Station - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

One of the worst place to stay in this locality. I hv very horrible experience here. Manager is not cooperative nor having sense to talk. He is very arrogant. I hv booked room via Oye but he refused to give me room and asked for more money. He argument was based on timing of stay, if u booked via Oye and stayed for 2-3 hrs then it's ok, but u booked for two or more days then u hv to pay more. Oye executive were also not helpful. I paid extra money and got room that too very unhygienic. Room key was missing, toilets were smelling bad. Very bad experience here. I argue everyone to stay away from this property.

Bad Experience... We have stayed there for 2 days... The TV was not working even we have asked for TV... In the starting the receptionist said that it will start with in 1-2 hrs...but it was not started from beginning to end of the stay....About Food order, there was totally rubbish policy of them.... Whenever i try to order a single dish he said you have to order minimum 4 quantities of the any order otherwise we will not prepare anything, what kind of policy is this when a person wants to eat a single dish according to his diet what he will do with rest 3 quantities of order..... Pathetic....i don't recommend it to anyone.

Poor facility and service not at all worth the price

The stay was comfortable here. The room was spacious. Little more attention should be given to hygiene. The rest of the facilities were good. Ac and geyser were functioning properly.

Zero service smelling room...I stayed for only three hours for rest...no parking at all have to go three times as someone from staff asked bhaiya gadi hata dijiye ( as it was a street)...ac wasn't working complaint to manager he denied not to refund or partially refund nor no change the room...very bad experience stay dr at ur own risk

Totally opposite to the pictures on makemy trip and by the owner, poorly maintained, they say they aren't associated with OYO anymore and ask you to pay there, though OYO bookings are still on, poor washroom, no heater, no mugs, no hangers, it totally resembles a poor LODGE, being very professional, i would never suggest anyone to book this place I'm attaching the pictures along with the reviews..

Booked @1400 rs at 6th floor for couple lift was not working No kitchen breakfast or food available And he was not ready to give bill. I received when I asked two time and point out the issue about the room like broken tv no connection. Bathroom mat was tear and very dirty and also geyser was also not working even though their was current in water taps when geyser was turned on.

The behaviour of the staff was very bad and unprofessional. They denied us to check in when we reached. I was standing with my infant and they did not even offer to sit. The man at the reception was very arrogant and rude. He said owner has denied to accept the booking which we done through oyo room online booking at a discounted price. He said you can not check in , speak to the oyo directly. It was a very bad experience. I would never suggest anyone to go to hotel nilansh as they don't even have the manner to talk with the customer so i don't think they would be able to provide a good service. Oyo rooms is also not trustworthy.
