Do not go there. I pre booked the room so I had to stay there. There is no wifi, geyser. The AC is whirring all the time. The balcony's view is all dump. Bedsheets are not properly cleaned. Bathroom is not cleaned. The only good thing you will find here is polite staff. Not good for single woman to stay.
Great location. Service okay. I was almost denied a confirmed booking on flimsy reason. Rooms/bathrooms are bigger for other hotels in same price point. Rooms with bed bugs and cockroach, so would like to avoid this place
The best budget hotel in Pune. The location is also the centre of Pune. The airport is just 4 km & the railway station is 5 km. The best restaurants & best Clubs are just within 1km. Hotel staff was good in the morning and vice versa in the night. They'll shout on you if you don't say things you want in one go. This hotel is very BedBugs friendly. Nightmare to sleep in night. I had to call staff in the night and asked to change my room with fewer Bugs. Should have clicked pictures of those bugs.
Location wise this property is located at the heart of Koregaon Park. 15 mins to Airport and 20 mins to the Pune station. The bed sheets and the blankets are not clean at all, I would suggest you to carry your own blanket if you choose to stay in this property.

Worst experience ever, never go there! Pretty rude receptionist or manager who ever it was. Had stains all over the bedsheet and blanket and when I had asked him to change it he told me cancel the booking which I couldn't as I had already paid online via different app. Pretty pathetic experience
Never exactly been in the rooms but in the Hotel for a business meet-up.. it's good not bad 3 star because staff is not that co-operative it's just Akdu kinda people
