Manager is too rude ...they are serving only for couple because they make money for them.. The hotel is not suitable for family.

Good room and staff and really treat people in a very good manners
It's not OYO, it hasn't been for a while. False price shown online, they charged 1400 for a night far higher than 900 shown online. Than there is appalling level of cleansiness, bed sheet had oil stains which they insisted they had actually washed. The towel they provided looked equally filthy, the water jug actually smelled of beer ! At least they had the descency of washing it when I asked for water. Seriously, don't bother. I would have looked elsewhere if I wasn't dead tired and had an early day the next day.
This hotel is amazing.Their food is very tasty. Their service is up to the mark.Dont hesitate to book their rooms.I guarantee dat you will love it !!!
The rooms are pathetic but the staff is cooperative. The rooms are not well ventilated nor the hygiene of the premises are well maintained. We were charged extra for keeping 3 people in the room. Lift also is very old fashioned.

Please do not stay here. Not just the blanket, entire room is stinking. I couldn't cancel coz I had paid upfront. Breakfast is not complementary, staff is very rude. Toilets were leaking and very very unclean. No toiletries were provided. No drinking water was provided even though I asked for it. I think 2,000/- for a room a night you have to provide at least clean place to breath & clean water to drink. Pathetic experience.
