Best view of mountains and good place to stay.Neat and clean rooms . Must Try once. Specially Rooftop it's fabulous
Rooms are hella small. The bed sheets are dirty and too small. Towels are nasty and dirty. The blanket has holes in it. No cieling fan. It looks like the rooms havent been cleaned in a month. I just like the bathroom thats why i gave it a two star instead of a one star. The service on the other hand is horrible.
The rooms are okay, but the place is not what I thought it would be like. There was no water when we came here, but let's give the benefit of the doubt to the workers when they said a customer left the tap water running. Then the manager was not too welcoming. In most hotels, the amount is charged at the end of youe stay. He was adamant to charge it at the very beginning. Now, look at how clean it is in front of our rooms (refer the photos). One of the perks is the view, which is decent. Oh... There are televisions in the room, but you can't watch anything. Why the TVs in the room then? I have no clue.
The service quality is all good but at the last the owner of the hotel asked me about OTP and forcing for taking my phone to give 5 star rating and review as per his choice. That went bad and also misguided that otp is important for completing the checkout,he wanted to give the rating by himself.Rooms are quite spacious but not well prepared for guest to come.
- This was by far the worst experience with OYO. - This hotel is located in very much interior of mall road and reaching here is a big task and very much troublesome as vehicle doesn't go there. - When we reached the hotel the person in reception told us that they don't have any staff so you only have to carry luggage and everything else. - They don't have lift in there hotel. - The rooms were smelly and too dirty. I won't recommend this hotel.
The view from hotel is amazing, little far from the main market but commutable if you have your own vehicle. Staff is very supportive and friendly. You can rent two wheeler from hotel as well.
I stayed with my wife in this hotel for 3 days on 17 March 2020, room service was very poor, they did nt ask for water even once, and did not even give a cup of tea, but the location is good and the room is clean Cleanliness is very good.
Very good view from room, room no 101 and 102 are big room ,all room are in very good condition , but it's not in mall road ten minute walk for mall road or 2 minute drive , if u book with breakfast they will give u only three option alu parantha or bread butter or omellet per person
