Very Pathetic service. The manager is so rude and rooms are very very dirty and not at all hygienic
Beware while checking into this Hotel, they have hired goons who would threaten you and force you to do what they like, very unprofessional and unethical. I had booked a room and when I went for check-in he was commanding me to take an AC room and when I asked for my refund he started yelling at me and said we won't give do whatever you want. Professional Goons.
The worst place i have ever lived in literally don't ignore this please. There are so many mosquitoes in there room and toilets are broken the place is stinky and donot have any facilities, from outside it looks good but inside it is hell. Stars -- negative 100
Its a guest house, wid room service. Room size is large den expectations, also rooms abd washroms are neat and clean. Food quality is also very good, 6am-10pm, bf,snacks,lunch,dinner is available. They do not have large variety but quality is appreciable. Locality is good. Over all place is not that much neat and clean, also it is not well managed. Do not have inside parking place.
Extremely Rude, uncouth and unprofessional staff. Hotel is not at all safe for even single men. Dirty rooms, No Ac, and extremely Rude person at the reception. Be careful before booking it. You might regret not considering this review.
The staff was very rude and the room is very dirty and the bed is very dirty as well as curtains are very dirty. I asked to change the room but the management said that you are not paid the money in the hotel you pay the money to the OYO online then you have any problem call to OYO.
this hotel is in residential area. area is colony at noida,you feel like that you're in not at hotel your at your rental house.. restrictions of heavy noice because landlord is leaving On ground floor..but room and food is very good ,clean and healthy atmosphere..
Its not a roadside location bt Google Map provides accurate directions n gets u thr hwvr upon reaching thrz no OYO banner or poster so u hve to chk address. Second it is under construction property. Staff dint appear hygienic or professional. Dint bother to sanitize nethng. Bathroom was worse, thy dint bothr to cleanup the bath b4 guest arrival. Washbasin was wobbly, abt to fall. Mosquitoes will keep u awake if u dont hve a cream; if u ask them thy wl spray Hit whch leaves u suffocating. Thgh room itself was nice n clean, beddings were comfy...gudluck
