Consider this as a zero ratings . The rooms are pathetic, the service and owner are worst . The ask for payment ahead of stay. The rooms are so dirty as if they never cleaned it. Dirty bed sheets . Dirty balcony . Dirty and filthy AC.WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I stayed with my family and this is biggest disappointment in my life . Nothing in this hotel is good. This hotel is worst if I'm talking about fraud, because they add very affordable price on internet and when you visit hotel, they charges extra money. hotel is so inside so you have to pay extra money for living instead. All Oyo hotels are the same things all over Maharashtra and very worst customer service is provided by OYO.
I done booking through Oyo through internet but Hotel manager didn't given room for stay. As per Midas Hotel manager comments, he will not follow the booking guidelines of Oyo website. Midas Hotel manager behaviour was rude and arrogent and Midas Hotel is one of the worst hotel.
Before reaching to the hotel please confirm from hotel that they will accommodate with the same rate provided by oyo. Hygiene was not maintained. Room service was not available.
reception guy was very rude. he was denying the checkin and was asking for extra money for checkin. he allotted the worst possible room with no ac and was even demanding to checkout at 8 am even when the normal checkout was at 11 am. very terrible experience will never recommend anyone. he wasted 40 minutes to allot the room even the printer was not working.

Booking I'd- J7S03826 Hotel- Oyo 15211 Hotel Midas Stay duration Is 30 September to 4 th October Amount paid- 2093 On 30th September in morning given call to Oyo customer care to confirm hotel . But team requested to cancel booking J7S03826. They also promised: 1) I will get full refund for booking I'd J7S03826, rs-2093 2) reservation team will book same Hotel Midas , Hotel will not charge any extra charges. So I agreed above point and Oyo team has booked same Hotel Midas Oyo 15211. Booking I'd is ZIWX7645 When I visit hotel, the hotel team denied to check-in and requested extra 5 thousand. Oyo team shared other hotels which are too long from our planned location so we haven't accepted. Team promised to refund (requesting multiple times .
